Another way to collect your money is to garnish the debtor's wages.
This can be done provided that you know the debtor's place of employment.
Finding the Debtor's Employer
You'll start by locating the debtor's Employer.

You will need to provide the following documents:
1. Letter of Instruction to the Process Server (1 copy)
2. Letter of Instruction to the Sheriff (2 copies)
This letter should state that the Process Server will be serving all documents in connection with the garnishment.
3. Original Application for Issuance of Earnings Withholding Order
Some Sheriff offices require the name, address and telephone number of the RPS in the application of earnings withholding order.
4. Earnings Withholding Order; Un-issued
5. Original Writ of Execution(4 copies, 1 Original)
A Writ is an order issued from the court giving a Sheriff the authority to execute or attach on the bank account or property. You must get this document from the court.

7. Employee Instructions
8. Check payable to the Sheriff for the appropriate amount $40
